2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
3. Listing a Car
When you list a car, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the vehicle.
- All information provided is accurate and truthful.
- The vehicle documents (chassis, engine, insurance) are genuine.
- The car is free of any legal disputes or pending loans.
Listings are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We reserve the right to reject any listing.
4. Buying a Car
MotorVault does not guarantee the condition of any vehicle. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the car in person before making any payment. We are not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. Prohibited Activity
You must not use MotorVault to:
- List stolen or fraudulent vehicles.
- Post false or misleading information.
- Spam or harass other users.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
MotorVault is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from use of our platform. Use it at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MotorVault after changes means you accept the new terms.
